AMANDA WADDELL

Amanda Waddell is an engaged wife and mother to 3 impressionable kiddos whom she actively exposes to diverse opportunities to enhance their environment. She is a Stay-at-Home mom who is very active in her community.  

​

For the past 4 years, she has served on various committees within the Menasha Joint School District to promote equity and inclusion for students of color. With her support, the district has added new 5 diverse positions to the school district to address the opportunity gaps for students of color. 

 

She has also served as a substitute teacher in the school district for the past 3 years to support the district's motto of reaching every student every day. She continually fosters an environment where children of color can be their authentic selves while promoting representation in an underrepresented environment.

She has served in various capacities at Christ the Rock Community Church for the past 15 years. These roles have included: dynamic pre-school lead teacher, transformational team leader in a growing women's ministry team to serve mother's of young children and other roles as needed. She is a strong leader that continues to build talent in her various roles.

​

Her 9+ years at Kimberly-Clark Corporation in various logistic roles have strengthened her ability to manage talent, budgets and enhanced her problem solving skills. She holds a B.A. in Communications with a business focus from Marquette University and currently resides in Appleton, Wisconsin.
